Surgery or Procedures: Cancellation /No Show fee:  200$  

This policy is in place to ensure that each available slot is used to its fullest, especially in cases where emergency appointments may be needed. When a slot is taken up by someone who doesn't end up coming to their scheduled appointment, it could prevent a pet in urgent need from receiving care. Our policy also helps reduce wait times for all clients by allowing us to schedule effectively.
