Paula, RVT/ Hospital Manager

She grew up in New Brunswick, a true maritime girl. She graduated from St. Lawrence College in 2000 and has been a registered technician since then. She worked for one year in California taking care of over 1300 animals in a non-kill Shelter. The shelter housed cats and dogs as well as horses, donkeys and amphibians. She moved back to Canada in 2001 and worked for many years at Alta Vista Animal Hospital in various departments (emergency, patient care-manager, surgery technician in general practice, team medicine technician). She has been with Montreal Road Animal Hospital since March 2018 and enjoys the more intimate ambiance of a smaller clinic. After being a technician for 20 years, the next step was administration work, so she has taken on the role of Hospital Manager. She brings her experience in the tech field to the team here at Montreal Road Animal Hospital. She has two cats and one dog that she rescued in 2018. She enjoys spending time with her three children. She has a passion for art and loves to paint.
